Got V0 from Ed last night. Almost hit the car behind me because the throttle is much more touchy now! This is just in Intelligent mode. Light to mild throttle pedal movement is a lot more responsive and I can feel the car understanding what I want. Top of second gear also pulls a lot more! Second gear at 60 mph actually throws my head towards the headrest.
Got V1 back from Ed just now and can't wait to start driving. I don't think I've been ever excited to drive to work in the morning haha

V1 & V2

Received V1 and V2 from Ed about a week ago. No problems and did not notice the subtle improvements that he has made but I am sure they are working well :)

Raptor Headers

Installed raptor headers along with a pair of high flow catalytic converters on Sunday. Waiting to install Cosmos Racing CAI, then send logs to Ed.

Side note: While installing the raptor headers, I disconnected the battery in order to tack on welds on the exhaust before making the final welds and after everything was done, I reconnected the battery but now the car feels like it reverted back to the stock tune. Shifts are not as crisp, throttle response seems to be laid back and the 5EAT has no idea which gear it wants to be in. Reached out to Ed and he says that this is normal and to allow some time for the ECU & TCU to learn again.

Update 5/12 - Car is running normal again and throttle response has returned.

Cosmos Racing CAI was installed but there are few holes (probably meant for the Tribeca H6) that needed to be plugged up. They were temporarily plugged in with rubber caps until yesterday - permanently welded the holes shut.

Aluminum is a little tricky to weld.. The holes look terrible.

Anyway - double checked all intake and exhaust gaskets/connections. There are no leaks.

Sent log to Ed last night (6/13). Awaiting feedback.

Received v2a from Ed this morning.

Thoughts:
- Idle rough. Bounces up and down. Goes as low as 500rpm. Scary. Sometimes I have to give it a little gas to keep it alive.
- First gear still has hesitation and studders at light to mild throttle.
- Lots more pops & bangs from the exhaust on overrun.

Ed says there are header leaks :?

Took off raptor headers, replaced raptor's gaskets with OEM Subaru header gaskets. Leak can be clearly seen on the driver side manifold. Applied mild blue thread locker, install new gaskets and put back headers.

Went for a test drive, logged and sent to Ed.
